Douglas's approach is rooted in exceptional communication skills. He understands that the
heart of any successful organization lies in its ability to connect—both within teams and with
external stakeholders.

Douglas is a proud Milwaukee native whose journey reflects a deep commitment to education,
leadership, and community. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
with a concentration in Finance from Marquette University, he has carved out a distinctive pat
that merges academic excellence with interpersonal effectiveness. His minor in Interpersonal
Communication not only complements his business acumen but also underscores his
understanding of the importance of human connections in the world of finance and leadership.

Outside of his professional life, Douglas is not just a dedicated professional but also a
committed member of his community and a devoted man of faith. For many years, he has been an integral part of the Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where his contributions extend far beyond mere attendance. His involvement in church activities and outreach programs reflects his belief in the power of service and the importance of moral values. He also served as the President of Marquette University’s National Alumni Board of Directors, a significant achievement as he became the first Black individual ever elected to that position.

As a proud father of two sons, D. Dwight Kelley II and Derrick D. Kelley, Douglas instills the
same values of commitment, integrity, and community service in his children. He believes that
nurturing strong family ties and a deep sense of responsibility towards others is essential for
their growth into compassionate and engaged citizens. Through family activities at the church
and local events, he encourages his sons to appreciate the significance of giving back and
staying connected to their roots.
